Tofu Butter Masala

📝 Ingredients:

  • 400g firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chili
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

👨‍🍳 Steps:

  1. Pan-fry tofu cubes until golden. Set aside.
  2. Heat butter, add ginger-garlic paste, cook 1 min.
  3. Add tomato puree, spices. Cook 10 mins until thick.
  4. Stir in cream, simmer 3-4 mins.
  5. Add fried tofu, mix gently. Cook 2 mins.
  6. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with naan or rice!
